Return Policy


Office supplies:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the above form or call 800.516.7321 to arrange a free pick up. Please be sure that you have the original packaging for the product with an invoice or order number.Non Returnable Items are denoted with the following symbol.

Food Products:

Due to the nature of food products, we are not able to accept returns on these items.

Software:

Return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund at any time. We’ll gladly exchange opened software for the same title and version.

Technology:

Because technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes: computers, monitors, notebooks/laptops, copiers, all–in–one machines, digital cameras, modems, printers, computer peripherals, handheld computers, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, and networking products.

Furniture:

Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code, may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it’s only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.

Refund Policy:

If you paid by debit card, or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.

Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.
